Yogasana is a dynamic invigorating vinyasa flow that was created by the renowned yoga teacher Stewart Gilchrist. We’re delighted that Stewart will be leading this 2 ½ hour workshop himself – a rare treat.

The workshop is high energy with music and hands on adjustments from Stewart. You will build up your body’s own heat, sweat and stamina through the fast paced vinyasa which will leave you rejuvenated, energised and connected with your inner self.

This workshop is open to all levels of experience.

Join the fabulous Naomi for this Slow Flow and Yoga Nidra workshop that is suitable for all levels including total beginners. A slow Flow Vinyasa class followed by a long meditation – something unique to Naomi and an experience not to be missed if you’ve not attended her workshops before.

Within the vinyasa you will flow through your asanas and will work on hip openers. You will then move into deep pranayama designed to calm the nervous system bringing about a sense of deep relaxation.

Bring with a blanket or extra towel and an eye pillow to enhance your yogic sleep in the nidra that this workshop ends with.

Urban Triathlon
Cyclebeat & Hot Yoga Society

Join us for a unique Hot Yoga Society Urban Triathlon experience.

You’ll start at Cyclebeat with a Pete Mac “Hot Core, Abs and Glute Blast” that will leave you ready for a 35min indoor cycling (AKA spinning) class. You’ll then be taken on a 5K run led by Run Yoga Run that will end at the Hot Yoga Society studio where you’ll take part in a 90 minute Bikram  Method yoga class.

Finish the event with an optional relaxing Yoga Nidra (meditation) session – a treat after all that hard work.

Paola’s Body Barre flow, guest class! Monday 24 October 8.30 - 9.30pm

Derived from Paola’s Signature method, PBB Flow incorporates standing and floor barre sequences, deep stretches and core conditioning. Drawing elements from Pilates and Ballet, PBB gets into the deeper stabilising muscles as well as the peripheral muscles, working them to exhaustion, giving you a tight, chiselled body.

Yoga cross Training - workshop with Adam Husler. Sunday 2 October 2 – 4pm

Those ‘cool’ looking inversions and arm balances that you spot people popping out in the studio and social media they don’t just magically happen one day. Each arm balance, inversion, and transition takes lots of small simple drills done again and again, along with working to condition the whole body and build lean muscle strength.

A special extended 2 hour Master Classtaught by senior teachers Sindy and Michael to give you a deeper understanding of the postures and to integrate and expand your knowledge of your own practise. During this Master Class, you will receive additional care and attention to individual alignment and corrections as there will be 2 teachers on hand! This class is aimed at all practitioners – beginners through to advanced.

the power 4 - Saturday 4th June, 2 - 4.30pm

This workshop with Sindy and Michael will focus and improve your awareness and execution of 4 key postures that anchor the Bikram standing sequence: half moon, standing head to knee, standing bow and triangle. This workshop is for all levels from beginners through to accomplished yogis!
