When she’s not in the studio at Hot Yoga Society, Sophie can be found in a London library studying for her PhD in History of Art.
She is a teaching assistant in the History of Art department at UCL and works as a freelance writer for a Clerkenwell-based architecture firm. She’s from South East London originally, but spent her teenage years at school in sunny Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
You’ll rarely see her without a bicycle helmet and a backpack and her favourite activities include running and eating pizza!
