Who/What inspired you to teach? 
I remember years ago watching ‘Eric Thomas’ on YouTube.  He brought out a motivational video on ‘How bad do you want it?’.  I remember how I felt after I watched it – I was pumped and wanted one day to inspire people to feel the same way I just felt.

Close to home – my older brother.

Favourite posture/sequence?
I love running and Clean and Press.  I love how when you do these exercises you can push your body to the limit and it feels like your heart is going to jump out of your chest!

Post-class pick me up? 
A Chai Latte from Costa or a power nap.

Guilty pleasure?
Cake and custard, or a good apple crumble (not soft crumble).

You know it’s gonna be a good day when…?
The way I eat the day before has a massive effect on how I feel the next day.  If I eat well I will have a good day.  I wake up bouncing, feel strong when I train, and generally am much more alert.

So I know it’s going to be a good day if I’ve eaten well the day before!
