Lottie started practising yoga 5 years ago and recently completed her teacher training in beautiful India. She took up Bikram yoga to maintain her strength and flexibility and finding it had such a positive effect on her mental well-being just had to stick with it!
She had suffered from anxiety and claustrophobia for much of her life but after 2 years of consistent practice her anxiety started to slip away and she can even get into lifts now too!
Lottie believes wholeheartedly that the disciplined and repetitive nature of the Bikram sequence can bring stillness and amazing strength to both your body and your mind.

A hot and sweaty 90 min Bikram class – I feel energised yet calm!
Post-class pick me up?
A can of ugly is my ‘go to’ pick me up – soooo refreshing!
I crave salty foods all the time, particularly pickled chillies and pickled onions!
