At the core of what we do is Bikram-method, 90 minute, 26 posture yoga. In addition, if you have a bit less time or like to mix it up a little, we offer a variety of different classes to suit all schedules and tastes.

Our range of classes include warm vinyasa flow, warm pilates, yoglow, yoga nidra and capoeira, allowing you to enjoy the full benefits of Bikram-method and a whole lot more. See below to find out more!

90 minute bikram method

  • 90 Minute session
  • Full Bikram Yoga sequence – 2 sets of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in the hot room.
  • Original, traditional hot yoga sequence
  • Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
  • Perfect for: getting the full mind and body benefits of the hot room, in our most-loved traditional sequence

60 minute bikram method

  • 60 Minute session
  • Shortened Bikram Yoga sequence
  • 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises but faster paced and only 1 set of some postures
  • Suitable for: all levels (but we recommend not coming to a 60 minute on your first ever Bikram Class)
  • Perfect for: those with a little less time – the full and familiar Bikram session in a punchy 60 minutes!

90 minute advanced bikram yoga

  • 90 minute session
  • A carefully constructed sequence of 84 asanas that take you a little further with a new sequence of postures that will challenge your body and mind.
  • Suitable for: anyone who has a basic understanding of the Bikram Beginners sequence, beginners through to advanced
  • Perfect for: those wanting a little more challenge and to learn a new set of postures!

warm vinyasa flow

  • 60 Minute session of fast-paced yoga, in a lower temperature than hot yoga.
  • Set standing & floor sequence to uplifting music
  • Vigorous and challenging yoga for all levels with meditation practice
  • Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced.
  • Perfect for: a fast-paced, holistic, hot yoga workout

yogasana

  • 60 or 90 minute class
  • A dynamic invigorating vinyasa flow. These classes will include music and hands on adjustments
  • This Yogasana sequence was created by Stewart Gilchrist – his teachers were Hamish Hendry and his teacher Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga), and Sharon Gannon and David Life (Jivamukti Yoga)
  • Suitable for: All students are welcome as the class will be catered for everyone and made accessible to all levels
  • Perfect for: Those wanting a fast paced yoga class that will get you sweating and certainly challenge your stamina. You will leave feeling completely rejuvenated, energised and connected to your inner self. A big focus of the class is co’ordinating movement with breath, your cardio vascular and respiratory systems will be stimulated. This is an upbeat, fun class with euphoric moments- it’s not to be missed!

Paola's body barre

  • 60 minute session
  • Standing and floor barre sequences, deep stretches and core conditioning in a warm (not hot) room.
  • Elements of Pilates and ballet
  • Gets into the deeper stabilising muscles as well as the peripheral muscles, giving you a tight, chiselled body
  • Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced. Men and women.
  • Perfect for: those wanting to see a noticeable difference in muscle tone, core strength and posture.

hot HIIT! abs and glute blast! led by personal trainer and fitness guru, Peter Mac

  • 30 and 45 Minute sessions
  • Tone and shape your back side and midriff in a friendly and supportive group fitness class
  • Hot – well, actually it’s in a warm room!
  • HIIT – it’s intense but that’s why it works!

  • Original, traditional hot yoga sequence
  • Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced but we don’t recommend this on your first ever Bikram Method experience
  • Perfect for: getting the full mind and body benefits of the hot room, but with an uplifting vibe to set yourself up for the weekend!
