A few weeks ago, on 21st January, we ran a workshop on the advanced sequence taught by Ky Ha. The workshop was a sell-out, and, more importantly, the feedback from our members was phenomenal. We’ve had so many requests for the workshop to be repeated that we’ve gone one step further and added it to the weekly timetable.
We are delighted to announce that from Sunday 19th February Ky Ha will be teaching the advanced Bikram sequence every week between 1.45pm and 3.15pm.
This class is for EVERYONE, not just super bendy members who have been practicing for years.
‘Advanced’ does not mean you have to have an advanced practice to take this class. Our regular 60 and 90 minute Bikram Method classes actually follow what is known as the ‘beginners Bikram’ sequence. The advanced practice is a carefully constructed sequence of 84 asanas that take you a little further with a new sequence of postures that will challenge your body and mind.
This class is taught in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and is open to anyone who has a basic understanding of the Bikram sequence. Devina told us “I was a bit nervous going in to it because my knowledge of the advanced series was minimal. That changed with Ky’s introduction and approach to the series. He made it fun and relevant – whatever level you were at. In summary, I loved it.”
